Payments and service delivery
Stripe hosts checkout and collects payment, billing and contact details. We use verified payment references and subscription records to confirm your purchase, provide billing access and deliver your service. Card details are handled by Stripe. A first-party browser cookie protects your order access. Our private order store retains limited payment references and consent records. Keep the browser used for checkout to access your confirmation and billing portal.
Optional analytics and advertising
When you allow optional measurement, the existing Google Analytics and Meta integrations measure fundraising page use, package interest, booking clicks, calendar opens, confirmed bookings, checkout starts and verified paid purchases. Google receives controlled package details, payment amount, currency and a transaction reference. We do not send Google your name, billing email, phone, investor materials or form answers.
For consented verified payments, Meta may receive a hashed billing email or phone, a hashed first-party identifier, permitted Meta cookies and the verified payment amount. Browser and server purchase events share the same transaction reference to prevent duplicate reporting. Campaign labels and permitted click identifiers may be retained with the checkout attribution. Declining optional measurement does not prevent purchase or billing access.
Consent and retention
The site's existing cookie choice controls optional analytics and marketing. Changing your choice to decline suppresses future optional browser events and requests withdrawal for pending server purchase matching from this browser. A withdrawal cannot remove an event already sent. First-party campaign labels are kept for this tab for up to 24 hours. Browser order access expires after 30 days. Accounting and subscription records may need to be kept for service, billing and legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a consent review.
Booking
The calendar uses the existing Calendly integration and its separate cookie choice. Your selected package is kept in this tab for up to 24 hours to prefill the campaign-budget choice, which you can change. Campaign labels can be preserved in booking links. When measurement is permitted, a one-way digest of the confirmed booking reference prevents duplicate events. We do not send qualification answers, deck links or contact details in browser booking analytics. Calendly collects the booking information needed for your planning call. A booking button click is not treated as a completed booking or purchase. Review Calendly's privacy notice and Stripe's privacy notice for their handling of data.
