Fundraise scope and subscription terms
Investor Pipeline is EUR 3,000/month. Fundraise Growth Partnership is EUR 5,000/month. These are paid monthly investor-acquisition and campaign services, subject to a fit call, agreed scope and written campaign agreement before checkout. No commission-only or equity-only engagements are offered through this page. Agreements previously accepted under an earlier version remain governed by their agreed terms.
Monthly billing and cancellation
Stripe collects the first month's service fee at checkout and renews the subscription monthly. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Dedicated media spend is separate and requires written agreement before it is spent. You can manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from your verified confirmation page, or contact harry@demandmeetings.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals.
The attended investor meeting guarantee
A warm, qualified, attended investor meeting within 30 days, or your first month's service fee back.
The 30-day clock begins on the agreed campaign launch date after payment, onboarding, investor criteria, required source material, approvals and any required legal review are complete. The target for first qualified investor interest is within 7 days of that launch. This operating target is separate from the 30-day refund guarantee.
Before launch, the campaign agreement records sector, stage, geography, expected cheque range, acceptable investor type and role, exclusions, campaign launch date, client source-material and approval responsibilities, duplicate handling, and the refund process and timing.
To count, an investor must match the agreed profile, express genuine interest in evaluating your specific opportunity, and actually attend the agreed meeting with the founder or authorised representative within the 30-day window. Email opens, database matches, generic newsletter signups, booked no-shows, service providers posing as investors and existing duplicate contacts do not count. An existing contact can only qualify where explicitly agreed before launch.
If the written guarantee is missed, the first month's paid service fee is refunded under the agreed written terms. You do not have to buy another month to obtain that refund. Separately approved third-party media spend is excluded from the service-fee refund unless the agreement explicitly includes it. Investment, term sheets, valuation, cheque size, amount raised and funding timing are not guaranteed. Your team owns the investor relationship and investment discussion.
Managed monthly scope
Your package gives you access to the capabilities below. We agree the highest-impact work in a monthly roadmap and deliver it within the included active workstreams and production capacity. The capability list is not a promise to rebuild every asset every month. Scope, priorities and approvals are agreed before production. Unused capacity does not accumulate. Additional work or third-party costs require prior agreement.

Assets, approvals and campaign boundaries
Initial builds, revisions and monthly priorities are agreed in the roadmap. There are no unlimited builds, revisions or investor segments. AI-assisted founder likeness or voice requires the subject's express approval and suitable source assets. Your team is responsible for the accuracy of its opportunity, financial information, proof and approvals.
Fundraising marketing, investor solicitation, introductions and financial promotions can be regulated depending on the activity, security and jurisdictions involved. Campaigns require an appropriate legal route and any necessary review before launch. Investor-facing advertising is only run where permitted. We do not handle investor money, make investment recommendations or negotiate investment terms without appropriate authorisation. A fixed monthly fee does not remove regulatory requirements.
