Delivery commitment

During CEO onboarding we agree one primary measurable 30-day KPI, record its baseline and set a numerical minimum in your Growth OS. The 30-day clock starts only after required access, approvals and the first in-scope work are ready to launch. If the result is below the agreed minimum at the end of that window, month 2's service fee is waived. The active scope, weekly CEO calls, Growth OS and included €100 Brand Boost continue during that free month. No cash refund is due solely under this guarantee.
