Privacy and measurement.

Information needed for your service

Checkout collects your business email and Stripe collects payment, billing and applicable tax details. We retain the product, payment and subscription identifiers, payment amount, currency, billing status, accepted terms version and timestamps needed to fulfil and administer your order. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store card numbers.

Your onboarding brief contains the business, contact, offer, goals, approved asset links and product-specific information you choose to provide. It is used to prepare and deliver your service. Do not include passwords, API secrets, health information, personal client records or confidential lead lists. Share platform access through secure invitations.

Essential storage and access

A secure HttpOnly browser cookie protects access to your order and brief for up to 30 days. It is used for the checkout you request, not advertising. Your brief is saved on the server when you select Save draft or continue to the next step. Opening a confirmation URL alone does not grant access to an order in another browser. Contact us if you need help regaining access.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Optional measurement stays off unless you allow it through Cookie choices. With permission, Google Analytics and Meta can receive product views, pricing views, product selections, questions, invoice interest, checkout initiation and a Purchase event after a verified paid order. Purchase value is the actual initial payment, not a projected subscription value. Renewals are not sent as new acquisition purchases.

When you consent, first and latest campaign labels, a public landing-page path, Google ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid), and available Meta click/browser identifiers may be retained for up to 30 days in your browser and associated with checkout. If you also select the separate purchase-matching option at checkout, server-side purchase matching may use a SHA-256 hashed billing email and consented advertising identifiers. This option is unchecked by default and requires optional measurement to be allowed. A hash is still personal data. We do not send onboarding answers, asset links, business strategy or free-form briefing content to advertising platforms.

Microsoft Clarity may measure behaviour on public Studio pages after consent. Checkout, order confirmation and onboarding are excluded from behaviour recording. Stripe may use its own essential security and fraud-prevention technology on hosted checkout.

Your choice and withdrawal

You can purchase and use the service without optional measurement. Change your choice at any time below. Withdrawal stops further optional browser events, clears locally retained Studio attribution, and revokes consent for pending server purchase events associated with this browser. Events already transmitted before withdrawal cannot be recalled by changing a cookie preference; contact us for a relevant data request.

Service providers and retention

The site uses Vercel for hosting and private order storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Where you allow measurement, Google, Meta and Microsoft process the described information under their applicable service terms. These providers may process data outside your country and apply their published transfer safeguards.

Operational records are retained for delivery, billing support, refunds and applicable accounting obligations. Access is limited to authorised operators and service providers. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain.
