Studio service terms.

Version 2026-09-30. These terms apply to direct purchases of DemandMeetings Studio services for business use. Contact harry@demandmeetings.com for service, billing, cancellation or guarantee requests.

1. Your purchase and scope

The product, fee, cadence, inclusions, exclusions and guarantee below form your purchased scope. We confirm the primary offer, market, work priorities, supported stack and required inputs in onboarding. Changes to price or additional work require agreement before they are charged. If the requested work falls outside the purchased scope, we discuss an appropriate scope or cancellation before beginning additional work.

2. Billing, tax and advertising spend

All displayed service fees are in EUR. Any applicable tax is shown in the Stripe checkout total before payment. Advertising spend is separate for Ads Takeover and Full Acquisition Team and is paid to the advertising platform. It is not refundable as part of our service-fee delivery guarantee. Third-party subscriptions, on-location shoots, travel and additional production are included only if expressly agreed.

Monthly subscriptions renew at the purchased monthly service fee until cancelled. There is no additional minimum term in the standard Studio purchase. The Campaign Conversion Machine is a single payment and does not renew. The Stripe receipt shows the legal payment account receiving your payment.

3. Cancellation and plan changes

Cancel a monthly service before its next renewal through the secure billing link supplied after purchase, or email us before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid service period continues. Partial-period refunds are not automatic, except where the applicable product guarantee, our agreement or mandatory rights require a refund.

Existing Studio subscribers use a managed upgrade for overlapping services. We confirm the replacement, effective date and any credit or proration before applying it. Starting a second subscription is not the upgrade process. The Full Acquisition Team scope allocates capacity to an agreed plan; it does not combine every standalone product’s output quota.

4. Delivery clock and approvals

A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the agreed delivery location. The delivery clock begins when we confirm that the required access, factual source material, permissions, brief and approver are complete. We record that starting point with you. Time awaiting your material, consolidated feedback, permissions or a third-party platform decision is excluded. New scope has a separately agreed timeline.

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to material you supply, approved claims and timely consolidated feedback. We use secure partner invitations for platform access. Do not put passwords, API secrets, raw personal lead lists or sensitive client records in the onboarding brief.

5. Creative and media integrity

An ad execution can be a distinct concept, a hook variant or a meaningful iteration. A change of export size alone does not create another strategic concept. Production volume is up to the stated cap, subject to the agreed scope and usable source material. It does not mean an unlimited number of unrelated cinematic productions.

Production may use AI-assisted methods where appropriate. Synthetic voice or likeness requires separate explicit approval before use. We do not fabricate testimonials, real-world events, founder statements, facilities or results. You review factual claims before publication. Platform approval and campaign outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Delivery guarantees and remedies

Each product’s guarantee below states its delivery commitment and remedy. If it is missed, contact us with the order reference and agreed start date so we can verify the timeline and arrange the stated refund. Guarantees cover the relevant service fee, not media spend or third-party costs. There is no guaranteed ROAS, revenue, sale, subscriber count or qualified-lead outcome for Studio.

7. Your work and third-party services

After payment, you may use final approved deliverables for your business under the agreed brief. Existing tools, templates, fonts, stock media and other third-party material remain subject to their applicable licences. We identify any additional licence or ongoing hosting requirement before it is incurred. Drafts and source-project files are included only when expressly listed in the agreed scope.

8. Help and mandatory rights

Contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can review and resolve it. The Campaign Conversion Machine includes the stated 14-day bug-fix window after delivery. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
